1.      How much does one of your spas cost?

Answer: Our spa designs are individually priced after coming to an understanding of the design characteristics you are interested in. We offer spas in all shapes and sizes, and functions, such as hot tubs, bath tubs, swimming pools, swim spas, and cold plunges. You can even choose between stainless steel and copper. Below we will give you a couple of examples of hot tub pricing. Note: Prices listed are all wholesale and subject to change. All spas are tested in our factory and come with all the basic equipment needed.

The overall hot tub size we will quote is 10 feet long, 6 feet wide, 3 feet deep, with benches on three sides. This design will provide seating for 8 or 9 adults. The dry weight of this design is about 1,600 pounds, requires about 900 gallons of water to fill, and when filled, weighs approximately 9,000 pounds.

Ex. 1: Our very popular Copper Waterfall Spa (as highlighted on our website.): $ 48,330.00 USD

Ex. 2: The same waterfall design, but made from Stainless Steel: $ 33,410.00 USD

Ex.3: Stainless Steel Spa without the waterfall / infinity edge: $ 28,710.00 USD

The equipment package includes:

Remote equipment pallet to be located within 30 feet of spa, circulation pump, jet pump (4hp), 11kw electric heaters, under-water lighting, Pure Comfort Advanced Oxidation water disinfecting system (chemical-free water treatment), 12 jets, topside spa control pad, replaceable cartridge particle filter.

2.      Can you furnish drawings and details, so our contractor can make sure the spa site will be prepared correctly?

Answer: Once we have been awarded the contract to design and build your spa, our design team will work closely with your contractor, providing all the information he will need to successfully integrate the spa into the final location. However, before we are awarded the contract, we are only able to provide very generic information regarding spa installation. This is why it is important to contract us at the very early stages of your project so that your contractor will have all of the exact information needed to insure a proper installation.

3.      Do you accept credit cards for payment?

Answer: We do not accept credit card payments. We do accept checks and some of our clients find it convenient to send payment via bank wire transfer.

4.      Do you offer spa installation?

Answer: We do not offer spa installation. We recommend that our customer contract with a local professional who has experience installing custom pools and spas. Typically, any local company that designs and installs custom pools, should have the necessary abilities to install and startup one of our spas. However, we do offer a service, at additional cost, to send a technician to supervise the final spa connections and spa startup. Contact us directly regarding the cost of this service.

5.      Does the spa come with a warranty?

Answer: All our products come with a warranty. To explain it concisely, DaVinci Spas warrants, to the original purchaser only, that the spa structure is free from defects in material and/or workmanship for 20 years from the date of the original delivery. All spa components, pumps, heaters, etc., are warranted by the component manufacturers. If you would like a complete copy of the warranty document, please contact us.

6.      Do you service spas?

Answer: We do not service ours or anyone else’s spas. However, if your spa arrives with a defect directly traceable to us, we may choose to send a technician or provide parts and/or instructions on resolving this issue.

7.      Can you recommend someone to service my spa?

Answer: Unfortunately, we cannot “recommend” someone to service your spa. Since our products are shipped throughout the country, we cannot hope to maintain an up-to-date list of qualified service companies. Typically, any local company that designs and installs custom pools, should also have the needed expertise to service one of our spas.

8.      Can you provide me references of people to contact, who have purchased your spas?

Answer: The short answer to this question is; generally, not. There are various reasons for this. The basic reality is that most of our customers are very private people. Some are even celebrities, such as NFL players, or television personalities and do not appreciate being asked to contribute their time towards helping us secure a new project. The other problem is that often we have only worked through representatives of the final end-user. When our projects are coordinated through architects and contractors, they tend to be part of large firms and once a project is complete, they “move on”. In the past when we have occasionally reached out to these individuals for comments, etc., we do not hear back from them. This does not mean that we cannot try, but we would not expect to get a response.

9.      How much does it cost to ship the spa to my home?

Answer: The cost to ship your spa depends on many factors. These include spa size, method of removing spa from truck, and the actual destination address. But to give you a general idea, most of our spas ship for less than $2,000 to destinations within the continental U.S.A. At the time we issue you a formal price quotation, if we know the destination, we try to furnish a fairly accurate, estimated shipping cost.

10.  Can we visit your factory?

Answer: With advance notice, you most certainly can visit our factory. Please contact us directly to schedule an appointment to visit our facility.

11.  Do you offer discounts to trade professionals?

Answer: All our spas are sold directly by us to the purchaser. Everyone receives wholesale pricing. We do not offer additional trade discounts. However, in the case of wanting more than one unit of the exact same spa design, we do offer quantity discounts. Please contact us directly regarding this type of discount.

12.  Do you have a local showroom in my city?

Answer: At the present time, we do not have any showrooms displaying our products. At our factory, at times we have spas in the process of being manufactured and tested, in which case it may be possible to see them. In general, since our designs are so varied and unique, we do not try to maintain physical examples. Instead, we try to keep our website updated with a variety of our “latest and greatest” spa designs.

13.  Do you ship your spas to … ?

Answer: We ship our spas to any destination on the planet. In addition, as soon as interplanetary shipping is commercially available, we will begin shipping to Mars and /or other planets as colonies begin forming on these distant worlds.

14.  Do you charge sales tax?

Answer: For spas being shipped to destinations within the state of Colorado, we must collect 5% Sales Tax, unless the purchaser has a resale certificate.

15.  How do I get the spa into my backyard that has no access?

Answer: Well, each installation is unique. Sometimes local contractors can be quite inventive in this regard. However, sometimes our spas have been lifted 100 feet into the air by a crane, over a multi-story building, to be placed on the back side which had no other access. Some installations might even require the use of a heavy-lift helicopter. Another option may be to make your spa in pieces, which could be assembled and welded on location. This would add considerable cost to the spa, but might be less expensive than hiring a helicopter.

16.  Can I install the spa without a contractor?

Answer: Probably not, but maybe. If you have sufficient expertise with plumbing and electrical connections, and if your local building code allows you to, then you may be able to accomplish the installation. We do provide a detailed installation guide that we believe makes it a relatively straightforward procedure to connect, and startup your spa. However, as a general rule, you would be wise to hire an experienced professional to oversee all the phases of your custom spa project. They also can advise you regarding applicable local building and safety code requirements.
